Florentine Paanakker is a business law instructor at the University of Saint Martin, where she is dedicated to helping students understand the basics of corporate law in Sint Maarten. Her course provides practical knowledge on legal forms, licenses, and business registrations, ensuring students are well-prepared for the local legal landscape.

With a background in corporate law practice in both the Netherlands and Sint Maarten, Florentine brings practical experience into her teaching. She also gained valuable study experience in the United States, broadening her legal perspective. In addition to teaching, she is an attorney at law at the local law firm Lexwell, where she focuses on corporate law, governance, and litigation.
