The students of the Managing the Customer Experience course at the University of St. Martin had the incredible opportunity to immerse themselves in top-tier hospitality at the Oyster Bay Beach Resort! During a delicious Sunday Brunch and an exclusive property tour, our future business leaders experienced first-hand the art of delivering exceptional customer service.
These talented students, some of whom will graduate next June with an Associate Degree in Business and a BTEC Certificate, were accompanied by USM’s instructors for Food & Beverage, Marketing, Professional Development, Internship & Research, enriching the experience with their expertise and guidance.
We extend our heartfelt gratitude to Mr. Ricardo Perez, General Manager of OBBR, and his amazing team for hosting this inspiring experience.
