In 2021 USM will be hiring its first Ph.D. researcher (in Governance & Policy Making), who will be working within the Dutch Research Council (NWO)-awarded research programme called Islanders at the Helm.
The Ph.D. candidate will advance a co-created transformative policy roadmap related to climate change challenges. The position is co-sponsored by the Royal Netherlands Institute of South Asian and Caribbean Studies (KITLV). The Ph.D. candidate will be based at USM with recurring visits to Leiden.
